Questions
How long does it take from time of purchase until I can have my congregation take the Readiness 360?
You have almost instant access to the Readiness 360, but we recommend that you take some time to set it up so that people are more likely to participate. View recommended timeline here.
How do I access the Readiness 360?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link, username and password to customize the Readiness 360.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are charged at time of sale.
How many people can take the Readiness 360?
As many as you want. We recommend that at least 10% of your congregation take the survey to improve buy-in and build momentum.
Our church wants a tool to help us figure out what we are doing well and where we need to improve. Most people aren’t thinking about growth through church planting. Is the Readiness 360 right for us?
Yes. The Readiness 360 is like an MRI or soil test that can be used to look under the surface to provide useful information for a variety of intervention strategies. We provide you the ability to edit the welcome screen of the survey so that you can help frame up the purpose of the survey for your congregation given your context.
How long do I have before the survey code expires?
Survey codes are active as long as the account is active. To keep your account active you need to login at least once a year.

Post-Sale
Questions
I have purchased a Readiness 360. How long will it take for my login information to arrive?
It depends on the speed and congestion on the internet. If you haven’t received an email within 2 hours, please contact support AFTER checking to see if it accidentally ended up in your SPAM filter or junk mail folder; Please add readiness360.org to your address book.
What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
Our company name is: R360, LLC
How do I let my congregation know about the Readiness 360?
As a part of the customization process, you will edit an email blast to be sent to your congregation. You then forward that to your personal email list or cut and paste it into your preferred email distribution system.
b4 How long can I leave the survey open for people in my church to complete it? As long as you like. However, we recommend about ten days, bridging across two weekends. The survey takes just a few minutes – it is simply a matter of focusing on this, and then moving on. It is unrealistic to expect 70 percent of your congregation to take the survey!
How do I close the survey?
The survey is closed once the survey administrator requests report generation. This is accessible from within the R360 administrative dashboard.
How long will it take to receive the report after I close the survey?
Your report will be available within 2 hours of clicking the “Generate Report” button, but usually much sooner.
What should I do if I do not receive a report within 2 hours time?
If you don’t receive your report via email, you can always access it from within your R360 admin account.

Survey
Questions
I have people who don’t have access to the internet. How can they participate?
We recommend you assign phone interviewers to those without internet access. The interviewer would act on the interviewees behalf, reading them the questions on the screen and providing no clarifying statements. Please do NOT seek to design a paper version of the survey as the online survey is randomized.
My passcode isn’t working. What am I doing wrong?
First be certain you are on the correct login screen. (Here is the survey login). Then cut and paste the survey passcode from the email you received from your survey administrator.
My connection crashed. When I tried to get back into the survey, it said I had already taken it. What do I do?
If you didn’t get very far, please start over. If you already answered all the multiple choice questions, please send your answers to the final two questions to (service(at)readiness360.org). The final two questions are:
1. What excites you about the possibility of us multiplying our impact through starting a new place or ministry for new people?
2. What concerns you about the possibility of us multiplying our impact through starting a new place or ministry for new people?

Report
Questions
Why are there three reports?
Each report is designed for a different audience. The News Release (N) is intended for communicating results to the congregation in the simplest form possible (e.g. newsletters, email blasts, etc.) The Executive Report (E) is designed to inform and provoke leaders of the congregation to think about potential next steps. The Complete Report (C) is for those few leaders who will be entrusted for leading the multiplication movement of the church. This report provides too much information for general consumption, which could result in confusion instead of commitment.
Who can work with us to develop an improvement plan based on our Readiness 360 report?
Contact your conference or network administrator to discover if there are coaches or guides trained to help your church process the R360. Or you may contact R360 directly to enquire about consultation with one of our in-house specialists, at an additional cost.
Who should see the comprehensive report?
Fans of the pastor and those with a heart for reaching new people through new places. Those that meet both requirements form the basis of the Multiplication Team that is tasked with digesting the report and making recommendations to the church’s leadership.
